Vendor Application


Thank you for your interest in becoming a SAJCC vendor. The 2017 SAJCC will take place at Birchwood Hotel & Conference Centre, Boksburg form 3 – 12 January 2018.

If you would like to apply to sell any food related or other items at the SAJCC 2017, please fill in this online Vendor Application Form and we will confirm within 7 working days if your application was successful.


  • All fees are payable upfront
  • All Stalls need to be open from 8:30 – 20:00 on 3 – 12 January 2018.
  • Vendors can break down the stalls after 18:00 on Friday, 12th of January 2018
  • The Vendor will pay the agreed non-refundable entry fee to SAJCC to confirm his/her participation in the Event.
  • The Vendor will be allowed to only sell products which he/she applied for on the original application. Should the Vendor want to add products this need to be approved by the LOC before the start of the event.
  • No display sharing permitted – each payment applies only to above-mentioned Exhibitor.
  • The Vendor’s space will only be secured after a copy of the signed Agreement and proof payment has reached us.
  • The Vendor agrees to honour all arrangements (dates, times, logistics, etc.) communicated.
  • Any profit or loss made by the Exhibitor during the Event is for his/her own account.
  • The LOC provides space and an electrical point.
  • Should the exhibiter make use of any gas or open fire he must have a fire blanket as well as as fire extinguisher.
  • People working at the stall need to be able to be identified
  • All Stalls needs to be erected by Wednesday, 3 January 2018 at 9:00, as no vehicles will be allowed on the terrain thereafter.
  • Stall must bring their own equipment, no tables etc will be provided by the organisers.
  • Trailors and Food Trucks are welcome

Chess equipment: R5 000
Food stalls: R2 000
